PerfecFlex® White HDPE/PE Coex Film with HP EZ Peel® Technology
Exceptional Value, Printability and Processing Performance
PerfecFlex® white HDPE/PE coex film with HP EZ Peel opening is a proprietary seven-layer coextruded top web material featuring modified HDPE, nylon and our well-established EZ Peel sealant technology. Ideal for in-line flexo or thermal transfer printing, the material has a matte, paper-like finish that enhances printability and reduces gloss and noise.
The core layer of nylon contributes to excellent resistance to punctures, tears, abrasion and flex cracking, while creating opportunities for cost savings through downgauging.
CPT™ Feature – The Standard in Clean Peel Technology
The Perfecseal CPT feature of our popular Nylon ICE film offers high-performance clean-peel technology that allows uncoated Tyvek® lids. This eliminates issues of inconsistent seal strength and delamination associated with uncoated Tyvek lids, and delivers a smooth, clean, fiber-free peel with a bright white seal indication. Our CPT feature offers a significantly wider heat-seal range than competitive products.
